Heavenly Maltipoo Paws, the safety, privacy, and well-being of our puppies, our clients, and our family are our highest priorities. Because our puppies are raised in a private home environment rather than a public storefront, all visits are strictly by appointment only.
To schedule an in-person puppy pickup or viewing appointment, a $300 security down payment is required before an appointment is confirmed. This policy helps us verify serious inquiries, reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows, and maintain a safe environment for both our clients and our breeding program.
The $300 security down payment will be applied toward the purchase price of your puppy if you decide to proceed with the adoption. If you choose not to complete the purchase after your scheduled appointment, the down payment is non-refundable, as it reserves dedicated time and preparation for your visit.
For the safety of everyone involved, only confirmed applicants with a scheduled appointment will be permitted on the property. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any appointment if we believe it is necessary for the safety, security, or welfare of our puppies, family, or visitors.
All personal information collected during the application and appointment process is treated as confidential and is used solely for the purpose of processing your inquiry, scheduling appointments, completing adoptions, and providing ongoing customer support. We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties except where required by law.
